LEARNING PROGRAM
Project management is at the core of everything that's done in
engineering, architecture, and construction.
Yet most project managers have never had the advantage of
an advanced, professional project management education.
Most
learn on the job and from ongoing continuing education.
That's all to the good, but unstructured, informal education
can be hit or miss, in terms of fully expert content.
Without formal education, gaps in project management
knowledge and lack of in-depth understanding can cost time

This distance learning program is available for $3,600 total tuition.
A very significant discount -- $1,400 total tuition for the

You can earn the degree entirely through distance learning,

This degree program is from the San Francisco Institute of
Architecture (SFIA), a school that has been revolutionizing

This is a textbook-based professional education program, fully
equivalent or superior to campus degree programs costing

PMGT 201 Principles and Best Practices
To "manage" means to set goals and objectives, quantify them, assign
resources, oversee logistics, monitor progress, and anticipate and
correct problems. It's something of an art, but it's also a science,
with principles and proven practices that the best managers have honed
over many years.

Scheduling
Every aspect of a project has a budget and a cost estimate.
Time and cost must be monitored diligently -- and this is where most
project managers drop the ball. Once they see problems are brewing,

off on top of a project and stay there.
